Each live session (approx 1 hour) focuses on a different topic, based on the group’s suggestions. The topics will cover all of the main stressors of daily life from managing stress, sleep concerns to increasing self-worth. There is no interaction with other attendees. Instead, tune in, listen to my voice and let yourself unwind. By the end of the hour, you may find that you’re already asleep! But don’t worry, the hypnosis is still working to provide coping strategies and stress-relief on a subconscious level.
